A Little About Me…

Originally from Indonesia, I moved to the U.S. at a young age and now call Virginia home, where I live with my husband, our three children, and two doodle-mix dogs.

My passion for the operating room began in 2014 after earning my Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology from ECPI University. I started my career as a CST that same year, then spent three years traveling across the DMV, gaining extensive experience in hospital of all levels and many ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

My background includes experience across healthcare systems such as HCA, INOVA, Johns Hopkins, MedStar, Sentara and VHC. Exposure to different surgeons and OR environments has shaped my ability to assist with the same procedure in multiple ways adapting quickly to technique, preference, and workflow while delivering consistent, high-level support.

In 2021, I advanced my training at Madisonville and became a Certified Surgical Assistant (NCCSA).I found my strongest passion and expertise in Orthopedics and Spine, with additional experience in Neuro and Plastics.

Today, as the owner and provider of AGI Surgical Services LLC, I bring consistency, anticipation, and adaptability to every case. I understand surgical rhythm, stay calm under pressure, and work to make each OR day smoother from first incision to final closure.
